I got a new phone. How do I get my cities back?
Sign in to the same App Store or Google Play account you purchased with, then open Tourly and tap Restore Purchases in the Profile tab. Your unlocked cities come back at no charge.
The narration voice sounds robotic. How do I get a better one?
Tourly uses your phone's built-in voices, and the best ones are an optional download. On iPhone: Settings, then Accessibility, then Spoken Content (called Read and Speak on some versions), then Voices. Pick your language and download an Enhanced or Premium voice. Back in Tourly, it will be selected automatically or can be chosen in the voice picker.
Does it really work offline?
Yes. Once a city is unlocked, its stories, maps and routes work with no internet connection. Narration is generated on your device, so it works in airplane mode too.
Which languages are supported?
The app and all narration are available in English, Spanish, German, French and Italian. The app follows your phone's language, and you can pick a different narration language in your Profile.
How do refunds work?
Purchases are processed by Apple and Google, so refunds go through them. For the App Store visit reportaproblem.apple.com; for Google Play use your order history. Both handle refund requests directly.
I found an error in a tour story.
We fact-check every story, but cities change. Email us the city, the place, and what is wrong, and we will verify and fix it in the next content update.
